Poor customer service

I returned my system shortly after purchasing as I wasn't happy with the equipment.  Now, trying to get a refund, or even trying to get a response from someone is impossible.  2 weeks after returning the system I still have no refund or even an acknowledgment that they received my return.  With customer service this poor I am very glad I decided to return my SimpliSafe system and will be going with another company.   Don't even both trying to call the number........I don't have an hour to be on hold.  Email response is ridiculous.............3 weeks?  Really??   Customer service is unacceptable.
