poor technical support

The system has been having problems since its been upgraded a month ago. I spent hours on the phone with the staffs to trouble shoot, and communicating the problems via emails. The instruction is always to power down the system and then power up, then choose test mode. I am so frustreated with the "support" this company offer. It does not help.
