Purchased items not being shipped
Wonder why SimpliSafe is charging customers for items purchased but not shipping them. Call to CS ASKING that same question resulted in the CS person, telling me that she had no idea why SimpliSafe was not shipping and that there was nothing she could do. Over a week now and even with the FedEx tracking number being assigned on the day the order was placed still nothing.. wonder how the corporate attorney is going to explain this to a judge when a criminal fraud case if filed Against the company.. they were certainly on the spot when they charged my credit card. Paper trails are worth there weight in gold..
