Returning System

I have been trying for a month now to return my system. I finally received an e-mail with a link to print return label; however, the link was damaged. Now, I am waiting again for a reliable link to print return labels. To say this is frustrating is to say the least. I see in previous posts that others have waited on the phone for 20-30 minutes.

This company is just horrible when trying to actually get someone to do something correctly. I'm in the same boat. I sent mine back nearly a month ago with to refund and no response to emails. Good luck.

You will never accomplish anything with SS via email.  You need to call them. (first thing in their morning is most effective).  If you don't get what you want from the person answering the phone, ask for a supervisor.
