I'm disappointed in the time it takes to receive products.  I ordered an upgrade for my entire system and they said it would be here in 5-7 business days, that's the shipping I paid for.  Now Fed Ex says it won't be here until the 29th.  That's 10 days for shipping.  My son, who lives a mile away ordered a full replacement of his system a day after I did and he received his in 4 days.  Hmm...

I paid for expedited shipping on March 30 so it could be at my house within 3-5 business days. It is April 8 and still no sign of it. I wasted a lot of money for faster shipping
