Smoke & fire detector failure, and remedy very effectively.

I just want to say that a few days back I had a problem with my smoke detector. Being 78 years old the tech specialist was beyond courteous and helpful. He calmed me down as my smoke detector kept ringing. He guided excellently and expertly on how to take it down and replace the batteries. But again it went off. The smoke detector is being replaced and the unit is probably bad. I just want to commend Demond who was the tech specialist  who so efficiently guided me through the process. It is people like this  that makes Simpli Safe the best alarm co. in the market. You have a very satisfied customer here, because of tech support specialists like Demond. He also calmed me down when I first called as I was afraid the fire dept. may come out. Needless to say he was beyond excellent.
