So frustrated!!!

We've had three false alarms/notifications in the last week. The false fire alarm resulted in two separate fire departments traveling to our vacation home and spending 30 minutes there inspecting everything, but NOTHING was wrong. We currently have one sensor offline in the basement and an alert telling us the front door is open (we can see from the video that it is NOT). Today is day 60, and I'm trying to cancel and get a refund. I've been on hold now for 25 minutes. I got one person on the phone in customer service and she insisted on transferring me to monitoring without helping me at all. There is no live chat. I'm incredibly disappointed.

So sorry to hear about your situation. If you asked for your account to be canceled, we do have a different service department to handle that. But considering the urgency, I'm creating a ticket with our Specialist team so we can get you taken care of.
