Support is ignoring my emails
I have sent numerous messages in through the website and have sent a couple of emails to the support email and I have not heard from anyone.
I don't care how busy you guys are, a paying customer shouldn't have to wait a month to hear back from someone. As I stated in my last email, if this doesn't get resolved soon, I am going to cancel my service with you guys and make sure everyone knows why.
It takes 30 seconds or less to respond to an email with "support is overwhelmed and will get back to you in a few days". Is it worth losing recurring revenue?
