System DOWN??? AGAIN???

Exactly one week ago to the hour, your systems went offline taking my remote access to my system and cameras with it. Now, it's down again. What's up with this? This is not a good look for a security company. I'm losing confidence in your company to protect my property.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption. We absolutely agree that any outage is acceptable, not to mention two major ones in as many weeks! It's a different issue this time, but we're of course working on preventing it happening in the future.

Hey Johnny, you should probably take down your earlier comment on the forum where you say it's fixed, huh?  This is absolutely not fixed. For two days I can't see my cameras or check the property.  Mobile app is down. No notice from SimpliSafe. Instead of an email, you're going to make us each call and waste our time on hold and your companies reps time answering us individually?  I think there may be more problems there than just tech issues
