Tech Support telephone hold times are ridiculous

I need to speak to someone to get support in switching out a faulty base station so I called Tech Support.

1st attempt:  On hold for 40 minutes, line switched from hold music to a short ring, then silence.  After 10 additional minutes I hung up.

2nd attempt:  Called back, was on hold for 20 mins listening to hold music before I disconnected.

3rd attempt:  Picked a different option (new service activation) hoping to talk to someone.  After 30 mins off hold music I disconnected.

This is not acceptable SimpliSafe.  You must do better.

^ Press #1 for sales, they should answer sooner than the other options. (and call early in the mornings when they open (9 am ET)
