United OnePass and other Bonus Miles Missing

Have been unsuccessfully trying to obtain the 21,000 United OnePass Miles promised when I purchased the system and the "fine print' says 12-14 weeks which have passed already.  Anyone have a similar issue with these or other promotional offers?

STILL NO REPLY FROM NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. OF COURSE I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ABOVE, HAVE SPOKEN WITH SEVERAL REPRESENTATIVES, SENT EMAILS AS INSTRUCTED TO MILES@SIMPLISAFE.COM AND GOTTEN LITERALLY ZERO RESPONSE.  WHAT AN AMAZING EFFORT THAT SIMPLISAFE IS MAKING TO ALIENATE ITS NEW CUSTOMERS.  YOU HAVE TO TRY REALLY HARD TO BE THIS UNRESPONSIVE.  DISAPPOINTING BUT PERHAPS SHOULD NOT BE A SURPRISE.  AM CONSIDERING DEACTIVATING AND GOING ANOTHER ROUTE AS IF YOU CAN NOT TRUST A COMPANY WITH SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A RESPONSE TO THIS SIMPLE TOPIC, HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM TO RESPOND IN AN EMERGENCY.  TRUST IS HARD WON AND EASILY LOST.  OH WELL.  IT'S A SHAME....

@benattar, SS does not respond at all to alarm events.  That is another company, C.O.P.S. which has a pretty good reputation.
