Has anyone received used product when purchasing a new SimplySafe system? I have two entry monitors that both had the cover for the adhesive off and paint on one and hair on the other. I have reached out to SimplySafe with no response....

@ jimdaviesadc for me personally, no and same for the other two dozen + systems I recommend. Suggest you pick up the phone and tell SS support what happened and they gladly replace them.
