Very poor technical help

I am a long time user of Simplisafe with two business locations and one private residence covered under their security system!
I have never had an issue with their customer service or technical help ,till now!
Switching over their new Verizon cards has been a nightmare !
After waiting on hold for 20 30 or even 40 minutes and then getting disconnected multiple times before or even during a call made the experience a nightmare!
When I signed up years ago these people were great and when I mentioned what I was going thru to my wife she asked me to google and see if they have been sold and guess what,they have been!
Hate to see another well run company "go down the tubes' but this is the world we live in now!
Poor technical help,poor customer service and no competitor to switch to (yet) means things will not get any better at least in the near future!
If I ran my business this way I would be eaten by my competition!
