Wait times for customer service

I have had my system for about 9 months. During this time I have had to call customer service three times. Each and every time I have called the wait has for someone to answer has been over 40 minutes. These calls were for simple questions that could not be answered either on the web site or FAQ. Terrible that the wait times are consistently this long. So far no real problems with the system but seriously do not have hours to waist waiting for customer service. I there a better method to reach customer service!

Yes, this has been a real problem for me as well. It seemed to degrade significantly when they were offering the 30, 40 and 50% discounts at the end of last year and apparently did not add the customer service staff to support the new customers.    I am now on 53 minutes for this call. The system is fine, but extremely disappointed by this shortcoming in their business.  It would be great to have someone from the company respond to these voices from the customer.

Truly. Every time calling customer service and having to wait 20-30 minutes everytime - No am a definitely a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.  Guess time to go back to other alternatives.
