Well your customer support sucks more than comcast and that is bad.

DOES ANYBODY TRUCKING WORK THERE BEEN HUNG UP ON 4 TIMES TODAY CURRENTLY ON DEAD AIR TO YOUR NONCUSTOMER SERVICE
iT JUST HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. FUCK YOU SIMPLY SAFE IM GOING TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE AFTER YRS. IF I WAS CHARGING YOU BY THE HR. I COULD HAVE FREE SERVICE FOR A YEAR.... I HOPE THIS IS READ BY ALL AND THEY STAY AWAY.../

They hung up on me too! I spent 4 hours on the phone one time to power up , power down, test mode the system , I think I did the same drill probably 10 times. I must say the technical support team is very incompetence and i feel like they do not care if the system works or not. I wish I knew it before I brought the system. I am too thinking to switch and will definetly recommend NOT to using this company.
