Why so hard to cancel????

I have emailed customer service twice looking for help to cancel my monitoring service. I'm currently on hold for 30 minutes!!!!!!!! with three different phone numbers provided to try and cancel and I can't get ahold of anyone. Why is this so difficult???

Keep trying, the only way to cancel is via safe word confirmation and other identifying information over the phone - try calling at 9 am (ET) when they first open.
