Stay away i have called customer support because  the base keeps reseting saying power outage  i have yet to reack anyone  i even sent several emails no reply yet thats ben sense january 2019  it started after update i also have ben trying to cancel service  waited on phone 2 hrs  no anser

Try calling at 9 am (ET) when they open in the mornings, also try pressing #1 for sales, sometimes they answer sooner.

^ Unfortunately, they will not respond on the forum (and most likely don't even read it) - please edit your post to remove your email address for your privacy and to prevent spamming.

Call SS, try calling them at 9 am (ET), press #1 for sales.

Coltmaster offers good advice.

They won't respond very fast to emails.  And not very often here on the forums.

Try calling them early in the day, they open 9am ET.

Click #1 for sales, they have been helpful for me.  There may be a wait to get someone live.

I have emailed you people 6 times since I got the unit on 12/24.  NO RESPONSE!  Why?
I was quoted $156+ and with taxes it came out to $171+
However, when I got the system, it shows $394+
I have not installed the system since YOU have not responded to my emails.  My concern is that the price is NOT what I agreed to and do not plan on paying $394+  If you do not respond, I will send the system back to you!!!

Been trying to contact SS for about 10 days. Received order but had two temp sensors back ordered. Cannot reach them either by email or phone. Phone goes to music and them just disconnects. I guess I should have read more reviews. I beginning to think this company is bogus. Caution!!!!
