Horrible customer service

I have had original Simplisafe for years, but the system started failing. So, I decided to upgrade to the new generation.

I have been shipped the wrong sensors repeatedly and have been waiting for MONTHS now to receive new entry sensors.

Customer service is horrible.  I have called in repeatedly and still have wrong--which equals no sensors--but I am still being charged monitoring fee.

Highly dissatisfied in Texas.

Apologies for your experience. Looking into your account, I do see that you were able to get in touch with Support and I can confirm that the order was created properly for those sensors that you were missing.
They should be at your location soon!
