IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP BILLING

Long story short, Don't give SS your CC info. I have been billed 4 times since closing my account.

I was generally happy but now I wouldn't go near this company if you paid me.

DO NOT GIVE SS YOUR CC INFO. You have been warned.

No one answers the phone!
I'm a new customer and now I FEEL SCAMMED into the higher monitoring plan. All I want to do is reduce it but if I can't get in touch ASAP then I'm ABOUT TO CANCEL the entire thing!
Have one of your "Account Specialists" contact me ASAP or I'm going to tell my CC company this is an unauthorized charge!!

@LynneG How exactly were you "scammed" into the 24.99 plan? Send an email requesting a callback. Note all billing is in monthly increments so when  you do cancel, you will be just out the one month once they call you back..and they will.  From a 9+year customer.
