Response Time

Hi there,

Does anyone have insight on getting in touch with Simiplisafe?

I contacted them via email. Got a reply that I would hear back within 24 hours, but I did not.

So then I called yesterday. Spoke to a human who said I would receive a call back in 24 hours. That never happened.

Perhaps there's a more streamlined to hear back from their support team?

My system is down and appears to have been not working for the last week (unbeknownst to me till 3 days ago...)

We're sorry that you haven't been able to get in touch with the proper people in our Support Department. We just had someone from our Special Operations team try to reach out to you but they were unable to get a hold of you. If you can reply to the email that they sent with a good time a number for them to reach you at, they'd be happy to reach out to you and see if we can resolve your situation.

^  don't rely on emails from SS, call them. (unfortunately, they're closed today), try first thing tomorrow morning.
