Stop complaining here. Tweet @Simplisafe

If you want any real action post on Twitter with the tag @Simplisafe.  This reaches thousands of people if not more.  Simplisafe does not like this negative attention and they will reply within 24 hours.  Complaining here does no good.  As you have seen they barely ever reply.  Heck, they bury the forums link on their site so that no one can even find it.  That's also the reason they refuse to add a search function.  Because they don't want everyone seeing all of the complaints on their own web site.  If everyone here would tweet their complaints you might start seeing some changes.
