Fragile, cheap equipment. Non-existent customer service. Don't buy this.

I enjoy the equipment, has been 100% reliable for many years (older SS2 system).  Customer service is lacking at the moment with (reported) higher than normal call volume.

Maybe they need to hire more CS reps to try to get that hold time down!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too late!  I already did. about 3 years ago.  I also bought the system as a housewarming gift for my son and daughter-in-law.  The house they bought already had ADT installed.  But they liked SimpliSafe better.

The equipment is all very well built. Now I agree the first generation was not built that well, but this current 3rd generation hardware is well made and durable.
