unable to process credit card payment

I tried to buy more than 20 times Simplisafe product in April 2020, But all failed. Always show "We were unable to process your credit card payment, Please verify your card details and try again." But I checked by Apps of AMEX and BofA then find many pending orders, and AMEX side the Simplisafe never claim these orders. I received calls from Simplisafe and one agent asked me to change the device or browser then try again. I follow his suggestion to make some order by 2 devices PC+ Mac with 2 browsers Chrome and Safari, But the problem still show unable to process. another agent called me then let me awaiting more days, so I made 2 orders while after few days. The same problem again. I don't want to talk about my credit card by phone, But nobody can solve this payment problem in Simplisafe.

Can you help me solve this problem, thanks a lot.

SS barely monitors the forums here, your best option is to call (many of us have given cc info over the phone to SS, no problems whatsoever) - maybe ask for a senior supervisor, to look into the order process and get it fixed (the reps often don't know what the problem is, and it takes someone higher up to fix).

Thank you coltmaster1. The system is fixed, I think it is caused by data update of payment gateway, I moved to a new address on early of April, then updated my address to AMEX, But it seems the payment gateway update delayed. So the problem is solved while the system is updated.
