What's going on? Absolutely no customer service

You sent me an email that my system is not working properly, an to call.  Then this:  Auto attendant hell, and no one there to take a call at any number?  45 minutes on hold and still waiting.   You cannot run a company like this!!!!

Try calling again and pressing #1 for sales, they usually answer quicker.

Can also try calling when they first open in the mornings (9am, ET), and again, pressing #1 for sales.

I feel like there's a money opportunity here for someone that wanted to post their their own cell phone number and start charging 5 bucks for tech support.  Hey Captain, you busy?  You could probably afford Super Bowl tickets by lunch time!  :)

From the couple calls I made tonight, sounds like support staff are not allowed to escalate issues to management. There is no phone # or email address for management. If you get bad support and want to escalate the issue ... you are out of luck..

^ not defending them, but it's usually the case on nights or weekends, supervisors are often not available.
